Trialling a new way of getting your feedback

Equity Housing Group relies on feedback from our customers to help ensure that we are delivering the services you want in a way which meets your needs.

From 10 September 2018, we will be trialling a service specifically designed to gather feedback from a sample of customers, who have had a repair completed by us during that period. We aim to gather feedback as close as we can after you have had a repair job carried out at your property. We will aim to contact you within 48 hours of your job being completed on our system. This will allow you to give us feedback whilst the experience of the service is still fresh in your mind.

How will the surveys be carried out?

We will attempt to contact you a couple of times by phone. The number that will call is 0161 259 0785. When you answer the phone, you will hear a recorded message from Equity Housing Group, asking you whether you were satisfied with the service that you received. You will be able to press one key to indicate you are satisfied or an alternative if dissatisfied. If we are not successful at getting through to you, we may leave you a voicemail or send you a text message to gather your feedback.  

What happens with the survey results?

Once the survey is completed, we will look at the results in detail to identify the areas where we are performing well and those which have room for improvement.

We will feedback details of our findings and any resulting action through the website.

As you would expect, all information will be kept safe and secure, and handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
