We offer a wide range of training opportunities to support you as a customer. We want to ensure that you have the opportunity to develop your skills and get involved in the way that you feel most at ease.
We also encourage customers to attend external conferences and training courses provided by many other organisations (such as TPAS). This provides our involved customers with the opportunity to meet other involved customers from other Housing Associations and share ideas and working practices so that we can continue to improve the services we deliver.
We have a number of training sessions scheduled throughout the coming year, ranging from IT skills through to vital first aid training.
