Our Regional Teams

At Equity Housing Group, we understand the importance of being able to offer our customers the best services possible and we have reviewed how we do this more effectively.

We want to ensure that our customers are able to speak to a member of staff when they need to and that the services we provide support your everyday requirements. With this in mind, we have made several improvements to how our Neighbourhood, Home Ownership, Retirement Living and Customer Services teams will work, providing a single point of contact for you, the customer at all times.

Leading each regional team, there will be a Regional Relationship Manager (RRM) who will lead on delivering all neighbourhood management, older persons, home ownership and customer services within their regions. Alongside the RRM’s, we will also introduce Customer Relationship Managers (CRM), and their role is to manage an individual area and its respective customers, whatever your tenure, providing you, our customers with a single point of contact for advice and support.

For those customers who live in any of our older persons developments, we will continue to support you with our dedicated Retirement Living Co-ordinators, who are on hand to answer any day to day questions or queries you may have.

Alongside our Regional Relationship Managers and Customer Relationship Managers, we continue to have a team of specialists who support the teams in the regions.
