Get Involved

Whether you’ve got half an hour to spare or half a day a month – our approach to customer involvement ensures that you can get involved whatever your circumstances.

You could attend one of our regular Forums, meet Equity colleagues, pass on your feedback and discuss current and new services.

By joining our Customer Advisory Group (CAG) you can influence and shape the services we provide by reviewing customer feedback data or, if you have an enquiring mind, you could hold us to account by acting as our ‘critical friend’ as part of our Scrutiny Group.

We encourage customers to get involved because it helps us to understand how we can improve. Getting your views on what you want from your home and neighbourhood helps us as we develop services to meet your needs.

As well as improving the services we offer, being an involved customer can help you to meet new people and develop new skills. If you don’t have much time to spare, you could give your views by phone or email, at a time to suit you

Together with Tenants

We are proud to be part of a project delivered by The National Housing Federation which aims to strenghten the relationship between Housing Associations and their customers.

To support this we will be hosting our own engagement events over the coming months. The outcomes from these events will help shape the future of housing and the relationships we have with our customers.

tpas Membership

Equity are proud members of tpas, the tenant engagement experts. This allows our customers to sign up to tpas membership and access the free courses that are available.
