Property & Assets forum:
This forum allows customers to hear about our responsive repairs service and offers customers the opportunity to discuss their experiences and pass on their feedback. In addition, customers will be given updates on ongoing and future planned investment works. This forum will usually be two hours long.
The dates for the upcoming Property and Asset Forums will be announced, and will be held at Armitt House, Cheadle Hulme.
Customer Services & Communications Forum
At this forum, customers will be able to discuss how they access our services, how they can contact us and the ways in which we communicate with our customers. This will include the different platforms that we use and how we evaluate the use of social media channels as well as looking at our website.
We will also review the amount of communication customers receive and the way in which it is received. This forum will usually be two hours long. Attending a regional forum will allow customers the opportunity to meet with their dedicated team of colleagues who manage their area. Topics discussed at these forums will include our services, Anti-Social Behaviour, service charges and Retirement Living and Home Ownership services. This forum allows customers the opportunity to discuss their experiences and pass on their feedback. Regional forums will be held in your area and will usually be two hours long.
The Regional Forums available are:
East: Bradford, Barnsley, Rotherham, Sheffield, North East Derbyshire, Derbyshire Dales, High Peak
Central: Stockport, Manchester, Tameside
West: Trafford, Sefton, Cheshire East & West, Shropshire, the Wirral, Bolton
This is made up of customers who would like to be engaged with us but aren't able to join us for any meetings. They choose to take part in surveys, mystery shopping and looking at documents on behalf of Equity - whilst feeding back their thoughts.
