For emergencies outside of these hours you can use our Out of Hours Service. Call us on the number above and follow the instructions depending on your circumstances.

 

Please note, the call centre will be closed on the following dates, between 2pm - 4pm, for staff training : June 30th, July 27th, August 25th, September 28th, October 27th, November 27th. During these time, our Out of Hours service can be used.

 

For those whose first language is not English, we use the Language Line service. 
For those with hearing difficulties, we use the Typetalk service.
