You can’t smell, see or taste it, but carbon monoxide leaking from a faulty gas appliance can kill. If you don't get your gas appliances checked regularly, not only could you be putting your own life, and the life of anyone who lives with you, in danger but you could also be risking the lives of neighbours and other residents.

As a leaseholder you are responsible for making sure all your gas appliances for example you boiler and gas fire) are checked annually by a Gas Safe qualified engineer to make sure they are safe. 

After consulting with our Leasehold Panel, Equity has negotiated a value for money gas servicing contract for leaseholders with the same company we trust to service our tenants’ gas appliances, Sure Group. The cost is a competitive £65 (plus vat) and the contract and appointment will be arranged directly between you and Sure Group.
