Here at Equity we strive to provide you with the best possible service. That's why we've been looking at our Service Standards and how we can improve on them. Along with our Access and Customer Care group and our Repairs group, both made up of our customers, we have come up with 6 new proposed Service Standards:
1. Decent standard of homes
2. Good Neighbourhood / Community
3. Easy access and regular visits from staff
4. Information when reporting repairs
5. Checking everything's done right first time
6. Standard for improvements
At its meeting in November, the newly formed Customer Panel agreed these Service Standards. We will regularly review them and feedback to you on how we are measuring up against them.
These standards are being introduced on an interim basis, as during 2010 The Tenant Services Authority (our regulator) will be introducing a set of national standards for all housing associations.
