Customers First

We were delighted at the response to our Summer newsletter call for our customers to get involved!

Since then, based on the feedback we received, we have developed a new Customer Involvement Strategy which provides a range of opportunities for customers to get involved. 

As part of this strategy, we have formed a new Shadow Customer Panel, which will oversee our improvement and will become be part of our governance. The Shadow Customer Panel is looking to make changes on behalf of residents, and needs your views to move ahead.

For now, the Shadow Customer Panel is made up of residents with some experience of Tenant Committees, which you are welcome to attend. If you feel you could represent the views of your scheme and discuss issues which affect all residents, please contact Jeremy Bentliff, our Tenant Services Manager, on 0800 733 233.
